| Customer can request assistance from our Support Call Centre in following manners to log a problem case with us. Our support center will be operating from 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding the public holidays observed by Soft-Skills)

Problem logs can be emailed to our Support Call Centre at support@soft-skills.com.my.

Customers may also fax in their problem logs to our support call centre fax number at
+603-7968 3255.

Customers can also utilize our Support Call Centre Hotline +603-7968 3288 to register their problem logs.
In order for our support personnel to effectively and efficiently solve a problem, customers are further advised to include additional supporting documents (where applicable), e.g., screen captures / error message of the error encountered and a brief synopsis on how to recreate the error.
